Company Policy on Cookies
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that are saved and stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit various websites on the Internet. A cookie usually contains the name of the website it comes from, the "lifetime" of the cookie (that is, the duration of its existence), and a randomly generated unique number used to identify the browser from which the connection to the website is made.
What do we use cookies for?
We use them to make the pages of our website easier to use and to better match them as well as our products to the interests and needs of our customers. Cookies may also be used to speed up future user activities and experiences on our sites. We also use them to compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that help us understand how users use our pages and help improve their structure and content. On the basis of this information, users cannot be personally identified.
The Website uses two basic types of cookies: "session cookies” and "persistent cookies".
Session cookies | They are temporary files that are stored in the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser) |
Persistent cookies | They are files stored in the User's end device for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User |
Necessary for the operation of the websites | Necessary for the proper functioning of the website pages, they allow you to move around them and use their elements. For example, they can remember previous actions (e.g. open texts) when returning to the page in the same session. |
Improving performance | Collecting information about how visitors use our websites by providing information about the areas they visit, the time they spend on them and the problems they encounter on them, such as error messages. This allows us to improve the performance of our website |
Improving functionality | Enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, website appearance, etc. |
In many cases, the software used to browse websites (web browser) by default allows the storage of cookies on the User's end device. Website Users may change the settings for cookies at any time. These settings may be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings – they will inform about their each placement on the Website User's device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings.
Changes to cookie settings may, however, negatively affect some of the functionalities available on the websites of our website.
