GDPR: Information clause
Dear Sirs
Taking into account the new Regulation of the European Commission on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), which enters into force on 25.05.2018. we are obliged to inform you about important issues that relate to the processed personal data in our systems.
The administrator of personal data is "AGROMET" ZEHS Lubań SA with its registered office at Esperantystów 2, 59-800 Lubań.
The Information Security Administrator/Data Protection Officer (ABI/DPO) at "AGROMET" ZEHS Lubań is Mr. Janusz Wyspiański (e-mail: januszwyspianski@abi24.eu).
Your data will be processed only for the purpose of performing commercial contracts, in accordance with the principle that data processing is lawful if it is necessary to implement the conclusion of the contract and the provisions during its duration.
The recipients of personal data will be only authorized employees of our Company.
Personal data may be made available to entities authorized to do so on the basis of legal provisions, the Act on Business Activity (among others ZUS, Tax Office). Without separate consent, personal data will not be transferred to other third parties.
The administrator stores personal data for the time necessary to perform the tasks resulting from the concluded commercial contracts, on the basis of the applicable letter of the law on business activity.
We meet certain requirements of the GDPR of the right to access data content, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer data, object, withdraw consent at any time based on the Business Act, applicable national law.
We have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority when the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
The collection of personal data and data necessary for the implementation of tasks related to the activities of "AGROMET" ZEHS Lubań SA, based on national regulations, is a condition for the implementation of the above-mentioned tasks.
Please be advised that the personal data collected is not profiled, transferred or made available to international organizations
The rules apply from 25 May 2018, i.e. from the date of application of the GDPR.
The information provided is in accordance with EU regulations on the processing of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council – the so-called GDPR).
At the same time, we emphasize that the protection of privacy, including personal data, is one of our highest priorities.
